Free* standard delivery is available for all order (2-3 working days). This includes free delivery to your address via our courier, UK Mail™. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, your order will leave the next working day (excluding bank holidays). All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery. If you are unavailable, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Next working day delivery is available for £4.99. Place your order before 2:00 p.m. and you’ll receive it the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will arrive two working days later, excluding bank holidays. We also offer next day delivery before 12 at a cost of £9.99. All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery. If you are unavailable, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Next day afternoon delivery is available for £9.99. Place your order before 2:00 p.m. and you’ll receive it the next working day before 12:00 p.m. Any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will arrive two working days later, excluding bank holidays. All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery. If you are unavailable, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Saturday delivery is available for £9.99. This service is only available for orders placed on a Friday before 2:00 p.m. All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery. If you are unable to receive a delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Regrettably, we are not able to offer Sunday or bank holiday deliveries, or deliver to P.O. or mail box addresses. This may also include army bases. All orders will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, unless this falls on bank holiday. Any orders placed over the weekend and on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We also deliver to international destinations. This includes:

Flass Shoes will gladly accept returns purchased from the Flass Shoes Online Store. The Shoes must be in their original condition, unworn or in a unwashed condition and must include the Flass Shoes Box and they must be returned within 14 days. Please repack the Shoes in the original Flass Shoe Box. Flass Shoes cannot accept Shoes that have been worn beyond being tried on. Out of respect to future customers, refunds are eligible only for:
Shoes free of any markings on the outsole and not containing any creasing or any other damage to the uppers of the Shoes. Return Postage will be paid by the purchaser. If you receive an incorrect pair of Shoes, or if the Shoes are damaged or defective, please contact Flass Shoes by e-mailing us at ; firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot exchange, replace or credit any altered Shoes.
At this time, Flass Shoes does not offer exchange Shoes on its Online Store. If you require a different size, please return your original purchase and place a new order at Flass Shoes Online Store. You can order a new size immediately and we will refund you the purchase price of the wrong size when the original Shoes come back to us.
Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned Shoes. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment
only. The Shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, free of markings on the outsole and no creasing or any damage to the uppers of
the Shoes within 14 days of delivery.
Flass Shoes cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact Flass Shoes on email@example.com immediately.
If your order has not been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit or debit card for the full amount. If your order has been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
